Natural History Collections

A sea shell is never empty. It holds the sounds of crashing waves and songs that mermaids sing.

As a little girl, I loved to collect shells on the beach. As a biologist I continued and expanded my scope avoiding to take life ones. I also enjoy photography to capture the beauty of biodiversity. I can wander endlessly in natural history museums. Both in Madagascar and Principe I helped to create exhibits in visiting and environmental education centers. It makes nature accesible and brings it alive for young and old.
